I would simply start treatment like we would for any other essential tremor patient. If those drugs are ineffective, then the decisions need to begin to be made. But let’s wait and see how it goes first.

There are a variety of medications used for essential tremors. I would use propranolol, if the tremor persisted, add primidone. Topamax is another possibility.
