How do you approach chemotherapy dose adjustments for hematologic toxicities in patients with pre-existing benign ethnic neutropenia?

Do you give primary or secondary prophylaxis with G-CSF to give a planned dose, especially as these patients do not appear to have higher rates of febrile neutropenia?
