How do you approach handling the many-page disability paperwork of neurological disease such as Parkinson's disease?

If the paperwork is simply long and doesn't ask any specific questions about weights etc, I'll do it in the clinic with the patient there while I chat with them as part of the visit and bill based on time. This way the patient can review the paperwork before taking it home with them.
