How do you approach HS patients with persistent HS lesions on the trunk?
Have you had success with deroofing or surgical excision? Is ILK the best option?

Dr. @Daveluy's recommendation of a higher concentration ILK is definitely a primary option. There may be some dyspigmentation and potentially focal atrophy, however, most patients are willing to accept these outcomes if the lesions stop draining.
