How do you approach revaccination after chemotherapy, and what labs (if any) do you use to assess immune reconstitution?

I’m curious how different institutions or providers approach post-chemotherapy revaccination, especially in pediatric patients. I’d love to hear: 1. Do you follow a standard revaccination schedule (e.g., 6 months post-chemo), or tailor it based on labs or clinical factors? 2. Do you routinely check labs prior to revaccination?
