First of all, make sure it’s a dialysis and not a GRT. For dialysis, I would definitely start with a buckle.

Once the retina is placed and the complete Air-Fluid exchange is complete over an SB, I will let the retina dedicate for several minutes before laser fixation to assist with laser uptake.
