How do you approach the management of micrometastases in the sentinel lymph node in patients with melanoma?

In light of the MSLT-II study results presented at ASCO 2015, is complete LN dissection still being considered a justifiable treatment modality for these cases? Leiter U, Stadler R, Mauch C, et al.
