How do you approach the workup of subcentimeter contralateral nodules in cases of locally advanced NSCLC?

When there is biopsy proven mediastinal disease, do you offer definitive chemoradiation and monitor, or do you try to prove the presence/absence of contralateral disease, knowing that biopsy of these lesions is often not possible?
