How do you decide a MAP goal for a patient with sepsis?

The most recent Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines suggest a MAP target of 60-70 mmHg is reasonable for most patients, while a MAP target of 60-65 mmHg is suggested for patients 65 years old or older.
