How do you decide which commercially available pharmacogenetic test to use for your patients?
Are there specific testing companies you prefer? How do you weigh the differences between options such as GeneSight and Genomind? In what situations would you choose one over the other, or consider an alternative company?

I try to avoid the use of these types of tests because my experience is that they overpromise what is possible for them to deliver to the patient/consumer.
