How do you ensure that fibromyalgia is appropriately recognized in patients with Sjogrens?
Fibromyalgia is under recognized in this patient population. Do you make this part of your initial disease assessment? Do you screen for symptoms at ongoing visits?

The better question is: is it positive labs and fibromyalgia, or actually Sjögren’s disease? This is why a salivary lip biopsy is key. Positive labs alone aren’t enough to diagnose Sjögren’s!
