Yes, we do obtain an MRI for every fraction. We are fortunate enough to have an MRI near the brachytherapy suite. We previously obtained an MRI with every fraction of intracavitary/hybrid brachytherapy when possible, as the MRI was down the hall. Our radiology department is now 3 floors away, and so we've transitioned to using MRI on fractions 1 and 3 for logistical reasons.
