How do you manage a node positive prostate cancer with sarcomatoid and ductal adenocarcinoma features?

Consider that the prostate is not resectable. Given the sarcomatoid features, would you recommend sarcoma - type chemotherapy in addition to hormonal therapy pre or post XRT? Is radiation to the pelvis as well as the prostate appropriate? What doses and fields do you recommend?
