How do you manage critically ill poor risk mixed germ cell tumor patients presenting de novo with extensive lung metastases and severe respiratory failure?
Data from Massard et al., PMID 20181575 used an abbreviated 3-day course of EP with completion of EP and bleomycin at day 15. Should this approach be considered? If so, for future cycles - would you continue with BEP or switch to VIP?
