How do you manage intradural - extramedullary metastases of the spinal cord from non-CNS malignancies?
Found small reports using SRS or fractionated SRS, but not feeling comfortable with this approach due to limited data. Would you consider surgery + conventional RT a better option? Or maybe surgery OR conventional RT?
