How do you manage paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM)?

40 year old patient with history of aura migraine, Raynaud's, with sudden onset scotomas playing softball, on low dose atenolol for palpitations. No headache/pain, and no CV risk factors except overweight. How would you further work-up and manage this event, and would you consider CVA workup?
