How do you manage persistent cytopenias after FCR for CLL?

• Supportive care, and BMBx if not recovered after 8 weeks, with goal to continue therapy if adequate hematopoiesis is seen
• Supportive care, and BMBx if not recovered after 12 weeks, with goal to continue therapy if adequate hematopoiesis is seen
• Supportive care, and BMBx if not recovered after 16 weeks, with goal to continue therapy if adequate hematopoiesis is seen
• Discontinue FCR and switch to TKI containing regimens
• Discontinue FCR and switch to BCL2i containing regimens
• I never use FCR for CLL
• Other
