How do you manage thrombocytopenia <50K in a patient requiring dual antiplatelet therapy?

e.g., patient with AML on aza/ven with episodic thrombocytopenia, or patient with cirrhosis c/b persistent thrombocytopenia <50, but require DAPT for CAD. What is your transfusion threshold, and would you recommend single antiplatelet therapy instead?
