How do you taper steroids to treat tremors due to immune checkpoint inhibitor reactions?

I think this depends on the type of tremor and the certainty that it represents irAE, as steroids can also cause tremors (and movement disorders relative to ICI are also relatively uncommon). In general, though, grading severity and tapering in alignment with established guidelines is reasonable.
