I only had to do this twice and generally followed the simple rule of minimal dosage to minimal dosage, medium to medium, and of course, maximum to maximum. People tolerated the switch flawlessly and without any trouble.

NOT scientific at all. Intuitive. Given the lack of guidance, it still worked.
