How do you treat a composite NHL of various subtypes?
e.g. mixed indolent/aggressive NHL, mixed NHL/HL? Is there a definitive way to discern composite from transformation? NCCN does not list recommendations for treatment of composite lymphoma.

There is no single answer here because composite lymphomas are highly varied and variable.
