Do you treat with standard of care therapy for microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancers or pursue further work-up? Does this differ between adjuvant and metastatic settings?

I currently treat MSI-low the same as MMS, regardless of whether the treatment is in the adjuvant or metastatic setting.
