How does immunosuppressive therapy affect the sensitivity of brain/leptomeningeal biopsy for primary CNS vasculitis or other CNS vasculitides?
If yes, is there a time frame in which the biopsy results would be considered valid? Does the type of immunosuppression matter (steroids, cyclophosphamide, monoclonal antibodies)?
