How does LVI affect PMRT decision in a node positive patient?

Should LVI be considered present in a patient with positive nodes? MSKCC showed that LVI is a risk for LRR with 1-3 positive nodes without PMRT https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29564588

I consider LVI a risk factor for node positive patients and do use as part of my consideration for PMRT.

Yes based on multiple retrospective series including above, ECOG and others in 1-3 positive node we do take LVI into account along with age, ECE, tumor size and grade of disease in deciding PMRT
