How does the extent of DCIS influence eligibility for APBI for invasive breast cancer?

For example, if a patient is otherwise a candidate for APBI with a 1.5 cm primary tumor but has 2 cm of associated DCIS would the patient be ineligible? How does grade and presence of comedonecrosis influence APBI recommendations if the invasive component appears more indolent?
