How have you approached monitoring for severe side effects of ketamine treatments in the treatment of depression?

Severe side effects such as: impaired hepatobiliary function potentially leading to cholangitis, bladder dysfunction or hemorrhagic cystitis, and diabetes insipidus. Do you routinely monitor LFTs and UAs?
