How have you incorporated prescription digital therapeutic treatments for chronic insomnia, such as SleepioRx or Somryst, into your practice?
How do you monitor patient progress while using these treatments? When would you consider these as opposed to non-prescription mobile apps such as CBT-i Coach?

I work at an institution that has 5 CBT-I providers, and I do research with the team at Drlullaby.com, so I have not needed any of these apps.
