Do you attempt to taper/discontinue hydroxychloroquine in quiescent pediatric lupus?

• Yes, I attempt to discontinue at some point in the majority of cases
• Yes, but only in the setting of patient preference or hydroxychloroquine toxicity
• No, I feel strongly that hydryoxychloroquine should be continued indefinitely in these patients
