How long do you give adjuvant hormonal therapy for women over 70 with breast cancer treated with lumpectomy only?

We often treat elderly women with lumpectomy and adjuvant hormonal therapy without radiation. I am concerned about how to proceed after the 5 year point for women who are still in reasonably good health and are expected to live for several more years. If I stop at that point am I risking an increase in local recurrence?
