How long do you normally wait before considering any bronchoscopic procedure (EBUS-TBNA, Transbronchial biopsy) after an episode of acute PE in a patient needing these procedures?

Normally, waiting 6-12 weeks of therapeutic anticoagulation after an acute PE is suggested for any bronchoscopic procedure, however there is always a concern for delay in diagnosis and there is lack of data on how long should one wait after PE for any bronchoscopic procedure.
