How long would you delay prostate radiation following use of a paclitaxel-eluting balloon dilator (optilume) for management of a recurrent urethral stricture after TURP?

Patient is being considered for radiation for prostate cancer. He has a history of TURP and is being considered for management of a recurrent stricture with optilume, which is a paclitaxel-eluting balloon dilation system. Paclitaxel has been detected seminally for up to six months following the procedure.
