How often, if at all, do you monitor a CBC with differential to assess peripheral eosinophilia in patients with type 2 inflammatory asthma who have been started on dupilumab?

I don't routinely monitor peripheral eosinophilia after starting dupilumab. While some suggest checking peripheral eosinophils to monitor for the onset of EGPA, I usually do not check a CBC with differential unless there is a change in clinical status.
