How would do manage stage II/III Muscle invasive bladder cancer with Large cell Neuroendocrine histology   

Do you give neoadjuvant Cisplatin 70 mg/m2 on day 1 with Etoposide 100mg/M2 day 1-3 for 4 cycles then cystectomy followed by Nivolumab if meets criteria?
