Bulky adenopathy compressed bilateral ureters, CrCl < 30, post stent placement, but renal function has plateaued

You could also consider focal radiotherapy as we know follicular lymphoma is often very radiosensitive (and can respond quickly to RT). You can safely administer R-CHOP or R-CVP in the setting of renal failure. I would avoid bendamustine in this case.
