How would you approach biochemical recurrence of LGSOC in a patient on fourth line therapy with Trametinib?

Patient was previously treated with neoadjuvant Carboplatin/Taxol (little response), followed by Doxil. She had debulking surgery, and then received adjuvant Letrozole until progression. On initial dose of Trametinib, she had biochemical response but developed a rash. She now has biochemical recurrence on lower dose.
