How would you approach GLP-1/GIP agonist use for MASLD management in a patient who had a prior episode of pancreatitis?

If the culprit was alcohol or gallstones, and they are sober or status-post cholecystectomy, would removal of the offending agent prompt you to reconsider a trial again?
