How would you approach the management of relapsed metastatic extra-hepatic bile duct cancer (PDL1 negative and HER2 negative)?

Patient had definitive resection, adjuvant gemicitabine/cisplatin, and chemoradiation with gemcitabine? Would you consider a 5FU-based regimen? What if the patient had a previously severe allergic reaction to capecitabine?
