How would you approach the treatment of a low grade adnexal carcinoma of the scalp in a patient with prior history of WBRT as a child?

This particular case involves a patient with a frontal scalp low grade eccrine carcinoma status-post excision with positive margin complicated by post-resection ICU hospitalization with no plan for re-excision nor biopsy of a second similar lesion on the posterior scalp. How would you proceed? Is there a role for hypofractionation?
