How would you manage a local recurrence of a spinal hemangioblastoma following prior surgical resection alone?

If further resection is possible, would you recommend adjuvant radiation? Would you consider definitive radiation alone? Would you recommend conventionally fractionated radiation or SRS/SBRT techniques?
