How would you manage a patient with regional recurrence of gastric carcinoma s/p gastrectomy who cannot tolerate chemo and received RT for bleeding pre-operatively?
Is there a role for RT to the gastric bed / lymphatics if the patient previously received 9 Gy? What dose constraints would you use for small bowel?
