Agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last. In this case, where the patient is in CR, despite early relapse, I would take to auto. I am not sure if she has seen the subgroup analyses from ZUMA-7 and TRANSFORM - I am guessing the patients randomized to SOC who got to a CR with salvage did well.
