How would you manage an adult patient status post subtotal resection of spinal osteoblastoma?
The patient presented with spinal cord compression, had subtotal resection and instrumentation with metallic hardware. Main concern is that post op surveillance would be difficult with CT and MR due to hardware artifact on imaging.
