How would you manage an enlarging brain metastasis that has progressed in size three months after radiosurgery?
It was punctate before (3 mm), but now, 3 months after SRS is around 8 mm in diameter.
No other disease progression in the brain, chest, or abdomen/pelvis. Patient is off systemic therapy. What would your dose and fractionation regimen be?
