How would you manage radiation-induced organizing pneumonia in a patient who completed 3-field breast radiation 5 months ago?

The patient is asymptomatic but oxygen saturation is low on room air. CT shows radiation changes and a large organizing pneumonia throughout the lung on the treated side. No systemic treatment other than AI.
