Would you consider a limited course of systemic therapy in some patients (eg. 3 cycles)?

Is there a role for radiotherapy alone in this setting? Would you include the contralateral breast?

Would you give CNS prophylaxis, and if so with what regimen?

How would you considerations change if the lymphoma was double or triple hit (MY-rearranged)?
