Agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last. I would add that it may be worth regular imaging given the limitations of PSA in sarcomatoid/squamous differentiation. To highlight the aggressive nature of these, I recently saw one that went from NED after RP to >2 cm gross recurrence in a 3-month imaging interval. ...
