How would you treat a isolated, high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma of the neck with no obvious primary or systemic disease?
Would you recommend surgery, definitive chemoRT, or chemotherapy alone?

I would treat with chemo XRT and have found pelvic disease that way and rx edthat way and pt did v well for a long time.

I assume by isolated, you mean stage 1 or 2 diseases, not locally advanced. For such an early disease, a meta-analysis has shown no difference what your choice of therapy is. I would treat with the least debility approach, given that quality of life will be an important fact in a patient with a...
