Patient is a 44 yo female with obstructive high cervical squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus, cT2cN2cN0 (supraclavicular lymphadenopathy present on imaging) 27 years after presumed mantle field radiation therapy with MOPP-ABVD chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s disease. She had subsequent papillary thyroid cancer treated with thyroidectomy and RAI.
