How would you treat a patient with isolated CNS relapse of seminoma?
If CNS lesions were managed with surgery/radiation, is systemic therapy also warranted? If so, would you preferentially recommend 2nd line high-dose chemotherapy, or what clinical data would you use to inform that decision?

As one would expect there are really no reliable data to use to make decisions. I am assuming that there is no significant elevation of HCG or AFP?
