How would you treat a recurrent ovarian malignant mixed Mullerian tumor on the pelvic side wall?

If the tumor was excised but there is infiltration and encasement of the sciatic nerve, would you offer radiation? If numerous lines of chemotherapy have been used, what does and fractionation would you use for radiation?

I would treat with IMRT and IGRT with total dose equivalent to 66 Gy based on OAR dosimetry to buy time without chemo and improve PFS.

My answer would depend mostly on the overall status of disease. The situation is very different if the patient has widespread intraperitoneal disease as opposed to an R0 resection with the situation described.
